We deliver directly to your home or to parcel machines (only for small items up to 30 kg). The delivery price for different items may vary depending on the size and weight of the parcel.
Home delivery
Couriers deliver orders via a pre-arranged route, so it is not possible to choose the exact delivery time. You can specify only your preferred delivery time interval in the order comments.
Delivery in Riga and Riga districts is available on weekdays from 8:00 to 22:00. In other cities - from 8:00 to 18:00. On the day of delivery, the courier will call you and inform you about the specific delivery time.
Delivery to dispensing points and parcel machines
Delivery of goods is possible to a delivery point or post office Venipak, Omniva, DPD, Latvijas Pasts, Unisend, Smartposti.
Delivery to a Venipak parcel office is only possible if the goods do not exceed the specified parcel dimensions (61 x 41 x 39.5 cm) and weight (up to 30 kg).
Delivery to an Omniva parcel machine is only possible if the goods do not exceed the specified parcel dimensions (64 x 39 x 38) and weight (up to 30 kg).
Delivery to a DPD kiosk is possible if the goods do not exceed the specified dimensions (61 x 43 x 36 cm) and weight (up to 31,5 kg).
Delivery to a Latvijas Pasts post office can be ordered if the goods do not exceed the specified parcel dimensions (58 x 38 x 38 cm) and weight (up to 31.5 kg).
Delivery to a Unisend post office can be ordered if the goods do not exceed the specified dimensions (74.5 x 61 x 35 cm) and weight (up to 30 kg).
Delivery to Smartposti (Itella) can be ordered up to the specified dimensions (60 x 60 x 36 cm) and weight (up to 25 kg).
Carrying and unloading
If the total weight of the parcel is up to 30 kg, the courier will unload and carry the parcel to the first safe place in the room (through the door of the apartment, house or garage, but will not carry the parcel through the rooms or courtyard). In this case, no additional stacking services need to be ordered.
Important! If the goods ordered are bulky, and if the goods are placed on a pallet, the goods will not be carried, despite their weight of up to 30 kg.
If any of the packages weighs more than 30 kg, the courier will only help you unload the parcel from the car, but will not take it to the desired location.
If the parcel weighs between 30 and 80 kg, an unloading service can be ordered.
